Sales and Marketing Guide Book

To fix a massive workflow bottleneck at Monsieur Touton, I designed our internal Sales & Marketing Guide Book. Sales reps often submitted vague tickets like “I need a sign” with zero context, which created a ton of unnecessary back-and-forth before I could even start designing. This book acted as our department bible, educating our sales team on our exact capabilities and ensuring they provided the necessary details upfront; like precise project dimensions, paper types, and lamination needs, before a ticket could even be processed.

Beyond just design specs, the guidebook laid down the law on production timelines and regulations. It established a strict 10-business-day turnaround for standard requests, making it clear that the timeline only covered the window from submission to the first proof. It also outlined hard rules for event collateral, explicitly stating that all event materials had to be cleared by the compliance department before we could start production. Ultimately, it protected our prepress pipeline and trained the sales team to submit actionable, professional briefs.
